Struggling with anxiety? Feeling less than? Difficulties saying what you really feel?
Many of the clients I work with seek out my help for depression and anxiety including working on self-esteem and confidence, setting boundaries with others, prioritizing themselves, and expressing their emotions and needs.
Whether it be building the courage to take up space and find your voice or to put yourself first rather than stretching yourself thin to be there for everyone. Or to find ways to quiet your mind and take care of yourself when you have a million things you’re juggling. Maybe you’re burnt out from your job or career, and want to figure out how the hell to get out of there ASAP. Whatever the reasons are that’s brought you here, we could work together to find ways to help you live a life that you’d like to be living.
This is a safe space for everyone
Providing inclusive and culturally sensitive care for everyone to feel safe, be heard, and seen are most important in the work that I do. I’m passionate about working with the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer + beyond), and neurodivergent communities. I also have a lot of experience working with AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islander) and Latine communities.
I’m also a COVID cautious provider who could offer a safe space to process feelings, experiences, and all things related to COVID. I continue to mask, take COVID precautions, and will only be offering video sessions indefinitely for not only my safety, but for the safety of my family and communities.
I currently am only seeing residents of California via video sessions.
